Bucovina Ultra Rocks 2025 YouTube Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1) Organizer & Sponsor

  • Organizer: Bucovina Ultra Rocks, Câmpulung Moldovenesc, Suceava, Romania. Contact: run@bucovinaultra.ro.

  • Prize Sponsor: Bucovina Shop.

2) Eligibility

Open to individuals 18+ years old at the time of entry, in territories where such promotions are legal. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer or Prize Sponsor (or their agencies) may participate only if local laws permit and there is no conflict of interest. Void where prohibited.

3) Promotion Period

Entries open from the moment the YouTube video “Bucovina Ultra Rocks 2025 Trail Running Across Carpathian Peaks” is published and close on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 23:59 (EEST, UTC+3). The winner will be selected and announced on Monday, August 18, 2025.

4) How to Enter

  1. Watch the video named above on the Organizer’s YouTube channel.

  2. Comment on that video with your guess of how many times the “Bucovina Ultra Rocks 2025 race T-shirt” appears in the aftermovie.

  3. One (1) entry per person. If you post multiple comments, only your most recent comment before the deadline will be considered. Do not use multiple accounts.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, or violate YouTube Community Guidelines may be disqualified.

5) Winner Selection & Tie-Break

  • After the Promotion Period, the Organizer will verify the correct count.

  • If one or more entries match exactly, the winner will be chosen at random from those correct entries.

  • If no entry matches exactly, the winner will be chosen at random from entries nearest to the correct count (ties included).

  • The Organizer’s determination is final.

6) Winner Notification & Claim

The Organizer will:

  • Post a new comment under the video naming the winner and

  • Reply to the winner’s comment on YouTube.

The winner must respond via email to run@bucovinaultra.ro (or by the method indicated) within 72 hours of notification with full name, shipping address, phone, T-shirt size, and any other details needed to deliver the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines, the Organizer may select an alternate winner using the same method.

7) Prize

One (1) Bucovina Ultra Rocks 2025 merch kit provided by the Prize Sponsor (Bucovina Shop), consisting of: T-shirt + cap + mug + notebook + lanyard + stickers.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): €75. No cash alternative. The Prize Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

8) Shipping, Taxes & Duties

Standard shipping is covered by the Prize Sponsor. Any customs duties, import fees, or taxes (if applicable in the winner’s country) are the winner’s responsibility.

9) Odds

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received and on how many entries guess the correct (or nearest) count.

10) Content Guidelines

Entries (comments) must be respectful and comply with YouTube Community Guidelines. Do not include hate speech, harassment, spam, or links to unsafe content. The Organizer may remove/disqualify entries that violate these rules.

11) Rights & Publicity

By entering, you grant the Organizer the right to reference your YouTube display name and comment for winner announcement, recap posts, and promotional materials related to this Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12) Privacy

Personal data collected from the winner (name, contact details, size, shipping info) will be used solely for prize administration and handled according to the Organizer’s privacy practices and applicable law. To request deletion after fulfillment, contact run@bucovinaultra.ro.

13) General Conditions

The Organizer may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules.

14) Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, the Prize Sponsor, their partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of participation or prize receipt/use, except where prohibited by law.

15) YouTube Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube/Google. By entering, you acknowledge you are providing information to the Organizer, not to YouTube, and you agree to YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Any entrant who creates multiple accounts or uses bots will be disqualified.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Suceava County, Romania, unless mandatory local laws provide otherwise.
